Our DJ School, offers easy-to-follow, handy tips, affordable DJ lessons, and music curation courses for all ages. Our instructors have tutored and mentored up-and-coming DJs for decades with students in various stages of their careers. We are passionate about music and the benefits it brings to those we teach and those who enjoy the end results. We provide simple classes for beginners and those who are keen to refine their existing skill sets. Whether it’s playing at VIP events in St Kilda or intimate engagement parties in Fitzroy, we can help prepare you for any occasion.
While we do offer inclusive DJ courses in Melbourne, it is one where you can take what you like from the lessons and we can help along the way. We believe this a great way to learn how to DJ or just top up what you already may know. This way you’re able to do as many or as few lessons as you like, without having to pay more than you need.

Enquire with us through our form below and we will contact you within 24 hours. We will let you know when our next course begins or if we can provide solo tutoring. You will need your own headphones and a 50% deposit to secure your spot.
The Lessons!
You will be taught everything you need to know about purchasing a basic DJing set up, operating your decks, and learning how to source music and edit/mix tracks into each other. Classes will be held in the northwest suburbs of Melbourne with experienced instructors.
Completion
Once the course is completed, we will are happy to stay in touch and make sure you get all the support you need. We can also offer an advanced class that on completion includes guaranteed DJ work opportunities for you.
Course Modules
Hands-on DJ Course with Lessons in Melbourne
Our DJ classes are aimed at beginners who want a bare-bones introduction to DJing. Groups of three students are included in each course which includes an introduction to becoming a professional DJ and everything you need to know. Group and one-on-one classes are held by experienced disk jockeys and radio presenters with over 30 years of experience in the industry. With countless parties, functions, and special events under their belts, our teachers are more than capable of helping make your lessons enjoyable and educational.
The whole course costs $250 and covers modules as per below. These modules will include learning how to prepare a basic DJ setup, how to source music for a particular event, how to promote yourself, mixing techniques, music formatting, and handy trade tips.

The cost of the standard course is $300 and must be paid in full prior to the course’s start date. Further mentoring will incur further charges. Seven days’ notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
